Washington, DC (October 23, 2009)--Recently, President Obama spoke to the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation's annual legislative conference at the Washington Convention Center with local production company Event Tech providing sound and staging.
The event attracted over 10,000 people for the Prayer Breakfast and Awards Dinner with a performance by Grammy Award-winning Gospel singer Yolanda Adams during the Prayer Breakfast. And Phoenix awards were presented to Danny Glover, Wyclef Jean and U.S. Ambassador to the UN, Dr. Susan Elizabeth Rice during the awards dinner.
President Obama's passionate keynote address focused on health care and was covered on all major media outlets. Event Tech, a 28-year old full production services rental company based in Baltimore, has provided audio for this event for three years running.
