Altinex Appoints Childs As Eastern Sales Manager

2010-02-09-altinex Brea, CA (February 9, 2010)--Altinex has appointed Wayne Childs to the position of Eastern U.S. regional sales manager. He will be based in Charlotte, NC.

In his new position, Childs will oversee a number of critical functions for Altinex. He will manage all sales accounts in the Eastern U.S. region, educate consultants about all aspects of Altinex products and will support all tradeshow efforts within the region.

Childs has worked as East Coast and Canadian sales manager for AutoPatch (now a division of AMX), a manufacturer of analog and digital matrix switchers; and Vutec Corporation, a manufacturer of video projection screens. He worked for integrators Harbor Marine and OneSource (formerly Long Communications) and also worked as an independent manufacturers representative for Emergent Marketing.
