TC Electronic Appoints Jones Director of Product Marketing

Westlake Village, CA (October 28, 2003)--TC Electronic has appointed Simon Jones as director of product marketing at TC Electronic U.S. Based out of the California office, he will oversee the management of all products distributed in the U.S., playing a critical role in the development of the U.S. market. He will also be providing a vital link to the product management teams in Denmark.

"Simon brings a wealth of product marketing experience to our business, and we are extremely pleased to have him on board," commented John Maier, vice president of sales, TC Electronic U.S. "It is a move that will ensure that our U.S. operation aligns with the global product and marketing strategies of both TC Electronic in Denmark as well as the whole TC Group."

Prior to joining TC, Jones worked in both director of European marketing and senior product management roles at JBL Professional. He has also worked as an R&D engineer for Martin Audio in London and at Bruel & Kjaer in Denmark.
