Louisville, CO (October 30, 2007)--Front Porch Digital has appointed 23-year industry veteran, Ryad Kahale, as its new Southern regional sales manager.

"Ryad is a highly experienced sales executive who brings to Front Porch not only technical knowledge, but also an exceptional capacity for maintaining relationships and a well-founded reputation for integrity," said Dave Polyard, Front Porch Digital senior vice president, Americas sales. "His addition to our sales team demonstrates our commitment to the highly competitive U.S. marketplace."

Kahale comes to Front Porch from Avid Technology, where he was broadcast account manager for the Southeast region and the recipient of an “outstanding sales achievement award.” Previously, he worked closely with broadcasters and media corporations throughout the Southeast, the Midwest and Western U.S. in sales management positions at Pathfire, vizrt, Niche Video Products and Chyron.

Based in Atlanta, GA, Kahale will report directly to Polyard.
